Mom's Helper

A child's size is inversely porportionate to her willingness to help. And when she is old enough to be of actual help, she is no longer interested.

This morning I mentioned to Elizabeth my feet were cold. She leapt off the bed and brought me these:
When I needed it most, I called to her to please bring me some toilet paper from the other bathroom. Happily, she showed up with this:

A couple weeks ago she did really help, though. I came out of the garage and found her doing this with the load I had just dumped on the chair. Notice the stacks on the chest? She even put them away afterwards.

So funny! And so cute! LOVE the tp.

Oh, and you made me blow diet coke out of my nose reading your comment on S DeCamps blog about your swimsuit / underwear debacle!!

Seriously - who puts underwear on over top of a swimsuit in the first place?

I love the TP - have had that experience with Hannah. But I'm jealous, she has never folded the laundry - she just unfolds it and throws it on the floor of her room. Maybe she needs a playdate with Elizabeth, so Elizabeth can rub off on her!

This is precious. She looks so cute in that picture just toiling away. I feel the need to call you a panty-dipper.
