Bad News, Good News

Isaac
Bad: snunk an orange popsicle and hid in the corner of the garden. Elizabeth tipped me off when she came in the back door demanding "I want a popsicle, too."
Good: bonded with Benjamin by discussing Mustangs and rolling through four corners of the house together while wrestling. And cleaned up his spilled glass of milk before I asked him to.
Leah
Bad: I'll have to think about this one. Maybe she whined or something.
Good: read me two bedtime stories. See photo for a must-read childrens book.
Benjamin
Bad: fits of screaming this morning when I wouldn't let him wear crusty (no exagerration) shirts from the reeking laundry assemblage. He learned from his dad that you never need a napkin so long as you're wearing a shirt.
Good: independently brought clothes in from the dryer and moved a load from the washer to the dryer. He will only wear certain shirts and wanted to make sure one was available (sans said crust) in the morning. Wanted to sit by Isaac during dinner.
Elizabeth
Bad: had accidents in the lunchroom at the elem. school and at home in the kitchen.
Good: found a box of maxi pads to use in her underwear so they stayed dry when she had her next accident. Made it in the potty 2X!
Me
Bad: been really cranky today for no reason.
Good: found that pitcher I needed at Salvation Army for .79 (Where is that cent symbol?)
Paul
Bad: will eat again late at night, and since I'm a social eater...
Good: massages me even when I'm cranky.

Click on the picture to see Elizabeth's face. She's running late for something, I guess.

Your blog is FABULOUS! You should have invited me much sooner than I forced you too! You are a talented photographer and writer! (I can see you rolling your eyes and making this certain face you make when someone pays you a compliment!)
